Shipping

We deliver New Zealand wide at the below rates, all shipping is tracked.

●  Free shipping on all orders.

●  Rural delivery is an extra $5.

Signature required delivery can be arranged upon request for an extra fee. Please message/ email.

Delivery timeframes

The urban delivery timeframe is 3-5 working days and the rural delivery timeframe is 4-6 working days. Please note we take no responsibility should there be a delay in your delivery time due to unforeseen circumstances.

We do not ship to P.O. boxes.

We endeavour to ship all orders within 3 business days of their confirmation, however, we take no responsibility should we be unable to do this for any reason. We do not ship on Sat/ Sun or Public Holidays.

It is your responsibility to select the correct shipping option at checkout. If you select the incorrect option we will contact you to confirm your details and any outstanding fees, which will delay your order.

Pick Ups

If you are heading through Dunedin or are a local and wish to pick up your order you are welcome to, upon arrangement. Send me a message/ email with your travel plans and we will arrange for you to collect.
